Please contact us at nalimamana@gmail.com with your order number if you have a question or concern about the condition your product was received in.  I make every effort to ensure it arrives safely; however, weather or unforeseen circumstances can cause natural products to melt, freeze or break.  If this occurs, it would be helpful to receive a picture so I can make a claim and get a replacement product shipped as soon as possible.
